Getting In Shape Diary: Day 9

I can’t wait for the training!

Calories

3.700 kcals as usual, I follow my meal plan so far. The only difference is that I had to break fast earlier today.

Protein intake

Around 150 grams of protein.

Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 07:00. Bulletproof coffee at 11:00. Second meal at 13:00. Third meal at 17:30.

The gym

No gym today, really looking forward to tomorrow!

Meals

Regular meals, no BCAA, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with the last meal.
