Getting In Shape Diary: Day 8

Benchpress is getting harder!

Calories

3.700 kcals as usual, I follow my meal plan so far.

Protein intake

Around 150 grams of protein.

Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 10:00. Bulletproof coffee at 11:00. Second meal at 13:00. Third meal at 17:30.

Sleep

I felt well rested in the morning, even though I didn’t sleep that much:

The gym

Workout was fine, but I felt a little bit of struggle on benchpress, I still managed to stick to the plan, though.

StrongLifts 5x5

Meals

Regular meals, BCAA before and after workout, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with post-workout BCAA.
