Getting In Shape Diary: Day 7

No gym, increased weight, sleep tracking and improving

Calories

3.700 kcals as usual, I follow my meal plan so far.

Protein intake

Around 150 grams of protein.

Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 10:00. Bulletproof coffee at 11:00. Second meal at 13:00. Third meal at 17:30.

I moved the first meal to earlier time, I still maintain 16 hours of fasting, but it was very hard to eat the second meal so soon after the first one. Now I have some more time for digestion.

Sleep

I felt well rested in the morning:

The gym

No gym today.

Meals

Regular meals, no BCAA, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with the last meal.
