Getting In Shape Diary: Day 5

Back to a proper diet, BCAA in the game.

Calories

Today, I will have around 3.700 kcals because I threw tuna steak in the mix!

Protein intake

Not sure exactly, but it should be around 150 grams of protein for today.

Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 11:00. Bulletproof coffee at 11:30. Second meal at 13:00. Third meal at 17:30.

The gym

No gym today.

Meals

Tuna steak. Not really delicious though, so I won’t eat it much.

BCAA includes protein, obviously. Cca 8 grams per 10 gram serving. But according to this article, it shouldn’t break the fast to take BCAA prior to the workout and post workout:

So I will implement BCAA to my training days.
