I’m not sure what’s in chicken wraps, is it chicken? Anyway, when I got home, I ate some nuts and veggies.

Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 6:00. Bulletproof coffee at 6:30. Second meal at 13:00. Chicken wraps at 16.00. Nuts and veggies at 19.30
