Getting In Shape Diary: Day 3

Amazing workout! I begin to understand why it’s so popular.


Today, I will have 3.630 kcals because it’s pollock day! I will probably swap it and have salmon on training day instead. But on the other hand, this day has more protein, so it might be good to stick with it.

Protein intake

144 grams of protein for today.

Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 11:00. Second meal at 13:00. Bulletproof coffee at 13:30. Third meal at 17.30.

Ok, I lost some weight! I won’t make any conclusions yet, it’s too soon.

The gym

The workout felt very well. I was amazed by it in fact. Just 3 exercises. Squats, bench presses, barbell rows. Everything completed in 40 minutes. Doing just 5 reps seems like too little, but I’ll stick to it. Also, I’m at the very beginning so the weights are easy to manage. I can imagine that it will get harder once I start adding some serious plates to the barbell.
