Rest day. Back to ketogenic diet.


Ok, I’m going back to ketogenic diet which means I will ditch beans and eat two more eggs for breakfast instead.

My numbers look like this now:

Calories per day: 3.882

Protein: 172 grams (33,5%)

Carbs: 28,5 grams (5,5%)

Fat: 327 grams (61%)

Protein intake

172 grams per day.

Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 09:00.

Bulletproof coffee at 09:30.

Second meal at 11:30.

Third meal at 16:30.

The gym

No gym today.

Meals & Supplements

Regular (keto) meals, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with the last meal.
