Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 08:00. Bulletproof coffee at 08:30. Second meal at 11:00. (Hungry!) Third meal at 16:30.

The gym

Trying to get the proper form of squats, especially the low bar. On Friday, I tried to place the bar low, but it caused some pain in the left shoulder. Today, it’s fine.
