Getting In Shape Diary: Day 18

Saturday, sun, salmon, venison.

Calories

4.200 kcals per day. More or less since I had a venison steak for lunch and dinner.

Protein intake

Somewhat around 200 grams.

Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 08:00. Bulletproof coffee at 08:30. Second meal at 12:00. Third meal at 16:30.

The gym

No gym today.

Meals

Regular meals plus venison instead of pollock, no BCAA, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with the last meal. No cheat meal!
