4.100 kcals, maybe more. For lunch, I had nice piece of salmon which is pretty fatty :D

First meal of the day at 10:00. Bulletproof coffee at 10:30. Second meal at 13:00. Third meal at 17:30.

Regular meals, salmon instead of pollock, no BCAA, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with the last meal.
