Weekend, cheat meal, venison steak!

Calories

4.100 kcals, maybe more. I’m not sure what venison instead of pollock caused regarding calories and protein, but I had also McMuffin with an egg and pork washed down with latte so I think, 4.500 kcals sounds more probable :D

Intermittent fasting

First meal of the day at 06:00. Cheat meal at 8:00. Bulletproof coffee at 11:00. Second meal at 13:00. (I’m very hungry today). Third meal at 17:30.

Regular meals plus cheat meal and venison instead of pollock, no BCAA, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with the last meal.
